For Digital/Subscription/Support Products
Refunds are not provided for Digital/Subscription/Support Products once order is conformed and device registration is completed.
If you encounter any difficulties with product registration, please reach us for assistance.
For Physical products
If the product(s) are returned within seven days of receipt, without any physical damage we will process a refund after deduction of Rs. 100 as an administrative fee along with transportation/courier charges at actual. Refund will be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order.
The refund will be initiated within seven days of receiving of product at our end.
