A four-day, company-wide Excel training programme helped our employees strengthen practical skills for more efficient and productive day-to-day work.
Excel is a part of everyday work across many functions, from managing financial information and preparing reports to organising customer data and supporting sales and operational activities. Being able to use it effectively can make routine work more efficient and reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks.
With this in mind, Access Computech recently collaborated with Shah Computer Class Pvt. Ltd. and conducted a four-day, company-wide Excel training workshop for employees across different teams.
The training covered Excel from basic to advanced levels, allowing employees with different levels of familiarity with the software to strengthen their understanding and build on existing skills.
Rather than limiting the programme to a short introduction, the four-day format gave employees enough time to explore Excel in greater depth and understand how its features can be applied to their regular responsibilities.
The focus was practical: helping employees understand how Excel can be used to organise information, work more efficiently and improve productivity in their daily tasks.
Employees from all departments participated in the programme. This company-wide approach was important because Excel supports different types of work across the organisation.
While the specific applications may vary between departments, stronger skills with a commonly used tool can help teams manage their work more effectively and make better use of the information they work with every day.
